Quality control

There are professional test engineers in our factory and make testings as following process,                                                                             

1) All aluminum ingot will be tested chemical composition before producing;                                                                                                  

2) All mill finish extrusion samples for different orders will be tested again after extruded(compared with original 
materials, in order to control its rigidity and other technical requirements); 

3) The powder sprayed samples for each order will be tested for its impact, tensile strength, yield strength, 
adhesion(cross cut), elongation, gloss and thickness of anodizing&powder sprayed etc; 

 4) There are testing machines which imported from England, including spectral analysis machines etc.

The utmost specifications of Extrusion profile

1. Maximum diagonal is 320MM; 

2. Maximum diameter(￠) of the finished extrusion is 250MM;
